Jim Vetter has over 25 years of experience supporting diverse communities domestically and globally in promoting social and emotional health and well being. As Associate Director of Health and Technology at Education Development Center, Inc. (www.edc.org), Vetter leads design and implementation of a range of interactive online and in-person training and coaching programs. Jim’s current projects include serving as Project Director for EDC’s work on Essentials for Childhood, a CDC framework that helps states across the country develop cross-sector partnerships to foster safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments for children from early childhood through adolescence. Jim serves as Steering Committee Co-Chair and Board member of the Social-Emotional Learning Alliance for Massachusetts (www.SEL4MA.org). Jim received a B.A. from Yale University and an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
