Tracey brings over 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry with a primary focus of development, implementation, monitoring, enforcement and oversight of compliance and regulatory programs specific to state and federal laws on a national scale.  As the current Director of Bureau of Managed Care at the Massachusetts Division of Insurance, she oversees and regulates Commercial carriers who provide health insurance coverage to the Massachusetts population.
